1) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a late cancelation charge of 50% of the appointment fee, subject to the practitioners’ discretion.

2)  If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying the clinic, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment fee, subject to the practitioners’ discretion.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1)     General Information:

·       The digital gift voucher is issued by Shield Chiropractic and is redeemable only for services provided at Shield Chiropractic.

·       The gift voucher is available in denominations of £10, £25, £50, £75, and £100.

·       Gift vouchers can also be bought for specific services, there are the new patient consultation and a follow up appointment.

2)     Purchasing and Redemption:

·       Gift vouchers can be purchased online through our website.

·       Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any services offered by Shield Chiropractic.

·       Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

·       The value of the gift card is denominated in British Pounds (GBP).

3)     Balance and Usage:

·       The balance on the gift voucher can be used in full or part for one or multiple transactions.

·       If the purchase exceeds the balance of the gift voucher, the remaining amount must be paid by other means.

·       To check the balance of your gift voucher, please contact Shield Chiropractic.

4)     Non-Transferability:

·       Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who redeems the gift voucher code unless otherwise specified.

5)     Refunds and Exchanges:

·       Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers.

6)     Fraud and Abuse:

·       Shield Chiropractic reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is presented for redemption.

·       Any suspected abuse of the gift voucher terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the gift voucher without notice.

7)     Changes to Terms and Conditions:

·       Shield Chiropractic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

·       Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

1)     Eligibility:

The Refer a Friend program is open to existing patients of Shield Chiropractic.

Referrals must be new patients who have not previously visited Shield Chiropractic.

2)     Referral Process:

To participate, the friend (referee) of the existing patient (referrer) must book a new patient consultation and pay the deposit as normal. Once done they will receive a confirmation email with a link to the new patient form. The referee must then write the name of the referrer in the box labelled “Name of referrer”.

3)     Reward:

Upon successful completion of the referee’s first appointment, the referee will receive £10 off the remaining balance of the new patient consultation fee.

The referrer will receive £10 in clinic credit which can be used for any service provided by Shield Chiropractic.

4)     Limitations:

There is no limit to the number of referrals a patient can make.

5)     Reward Redemption:

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rewards must be redeemed within 1 year of being issued.

Rewards can only be used for services at Shield Chiropractic and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

6)     Program Changes:

Shield Chiropractic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

7)     Fraud and Abuse:

Shield Chiropractic reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referee from the program if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.

Any rewards earned fraudulently will be forfeited.

8)     Confidentiality:

Shield Chiropractic will not share the referrers or referee’s personal information with third parties.

Participation in the program constitutes consent to use the referrers and referee’s information for program administration purposes.
